Comparing plans, and changing or canceling

Settings > Plan lets you compare and change each plan's monthly credit grant, how many employees you can hire, which tiers you can use, how many recurring automations you get, and how many offices you can have.

The employee limit does not include the team lead. The lead joins every team automatically, so "5" on the free plan means five employees who actually take on work, on top of the lead.

• Upgrading: the new plan's benefits apply as soon as you pay.
• Downgrading or canceling: takes effect once the period you already paid for ends. Until then you keep your current benefits.

Billing history and receipts are also on the same screen. If anything about a payment looks off, let us know through Contact us in the help center.
