Company level and office tiers

Completing tasks earns your company XP, and every 100 XP raises the level by 1. Click the Lv indicator in the top left of the Office to see how much is left to the next level.

Leveling up actually makes the office bigger. You start out in a garage, move to a shared office at level 4, a tower at level 11, and a unicorn campus at level 31. How many tasks you can run at once also grows with your level: 1 task at levels 1 to 3, 3 at levels 4 to 10, and 10 from level 11. It has nothing to do with your plan.

Employees each have their own XP and level too. The more work an employee has done, the higher their level.
