How do employees come up with improvement suggestions

Once you've connected metrics, employees work with those numbers in mind. In regular management briefings they read the trends and suggest a next action, like "visitors dropped this week, let's post content more often."

A suggestion is just a suggestion, you decide whether to act on it. If you like one, just assign it as a task. The more data piles up, the better the suggestions get.
