Bringing in employees from the hiring gallery

Community > Hiring market lets you browse and bring in employees other bosses have made. You can sort by recommended or trending, and pick based on the description and reputation.

Hiring costs credits. An employee you bring in joins your company and you can freely change their personality. On the flip side, making your own employee public lists them in the gallery, and every time another company hires them you get paid out in credits.
