Changing an employee's personality and how they work

Click "Edit" on an employee's card to change their personality (their role and what they value) and tone. Put instructions like "always back up numbers with evidence" or "keep sentences short" into their personality and it applies to every task that employee does.

After doing enough work, an employee may suggest improvements to their own personality based on your feedback. Suggestions only take effect once you approve them.
