The result isn't what you wanted
Try these three things in order. Most cases get resolved here.
- Ask again, specifically: instead of "this is off," point out exactly what and how, like "the tone is too stiff. Talk like you're talking to a friend, under 15 characters a sentence."
- Give an example: attach an example you like or a reference link to your instructions and accuracy jumps a lot.
- Move up a tier: if intern-level results keep falling short, try a higher tier (a smarter brain).
Put standards like "no exaggeration" or "always back numbers with evidence" into an employee's personality, and it applies to every task after that.
