A task failed · what to check for each cause
Failed tasks show up in Your turn and on the task board. Open the task's detail screen and the reason for the failure is written there. Check the common causes in this order.
- Brain not connected: if it says "the AI brain isn't connected yet…", connect a key in Settings > AI brain settings.
- Integration issue: if an image or sending step failed, check that key's status in Settings > Integrations.
- Credits: if your balance is 0, top up and try again.
- Temporary error: could be a brief hiccup on the AI side. Try "Retry" on the detail screen.
If the same failure keeps happening, let us know through Contact us. Contacting us straight from the failed task's screen sends the related info along, which speeds things up.
