Automation · setting up repeating work
Set recurring work up once and it runs on its own. Create and review it all in one place: Work > Automation.
Pick one of four ways for it to start.
- At a set time: "weekly report Monday 9am" and similar. - When something happens: based on your company's numbers, like revenue dropping below a threshold. - From another service: when an outside signal arrives, such as a new order. You get a URL to paste into that service. - From a form: send a request form link to customers; each submission starts work.
Pick a workflow when you create it. If you don't, incoming signals will stop instead of starting (no credits spent). The create screen warns you at that moment.
The run history shows not only what ran but **what didn't and why**: duplicate, quiet hours, or not enough credits.
The free plan gets 1 automation, Starter gets 2, Pro and above are unlimited.
