Public forms: let people send you work directly

In Work > Automation, choose 'From a form' and you get **a link**. Send it to customers or colleagues and they can submit without logging in. Each submission starts work.

Good for request intake, asset requests, or application forms.

You set two things when creating it.

- Intro shown on the form: the sentence people see under the title. Something like "Tell us what you need and we'll get back to you." - Which workflow runs it: **if you skip this, submissions stop instead of starting.** The create screen tells you at that point.

Anyone with the link can send you work, and each request spends company credits. Share it only where you mean to. Duplicate submissions are handled once, and there are hourly and daily caps.
