Asking for a fix (giving revised instructions)
If a result isn't what you wanted, you don't need to start over. Write what to change on the task's detail screen and send it again, and the employee picks up the existing result and fixes it.
The more specific your feedback, the better. "This is off" is much less useful than "the second line is too stiff, make it sound like you're talking to a friend." If there's a part you like, say so, e.g. "keep the first one as is."
