Terms of Service
Effective date: July 23, 2026
Service provider information
Company name 도핑연구소 · CEO 김신혁 · Business registration No. 307-41-00675
Service name Bosskit · Mail-order business reg. no. 2020-성남중원-0458
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of Bosskit (the "Service"), an AI agent company-building and operation service provided by 도핑연구소 (the "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. "AI employee (agent)" means a virtual task-performing entity that a User creates and operates within the Service. "Credit" means an in-service usage right that is deducted in exchange for using the Service, and "BYOK" means an external AI model API key that a User registers directly.
Article 3 (Service description)
The Service enables Users to build a virtual team composed of AI agents, and to design and run workflows that produce outputs such as planning, research, production, review, and publishing. The Service may involve calls to large language model (LLM) APIs and code execution in an isolated runtime environment (sandbox), the cost of which is covered by credits provided by the Company or by an API key registered by the User (BYOK). Integration with external services (e-commerce, messengers, advertising, payments, etc.) occurs only within the scope directly connected and approved by the User.
Article 4 (Account and registration)
Users create an account with an email address and password, and must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at the time of registration. Children under the age of 14 may not register for the Service. Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and any registered API keys or integration credentials.
Article 5 (Plans, credits, and payment)
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid payments are processed through a payment gateway (PG) designated by the Company. Credits are granted monthly according to the plan, and whether unused credits carry over is governed by each plan's policy. An estimated cost is shown before a task begins, and settlement is based on actual usage upon completion. Costs of model calls run using BYOK are billed directly between the relevant API provider and the User.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of subscription and refunds)
Users may request withdrawal of subscription within 14 days of the payment date. We apply the same period regardless of where you live: it is longer than the 7 days required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and matches the 14-day period granted to consumers in the EU and the UK. However, portions whose value has been significantly reduced due to the User's use of the Service, such as credits already consumed, may be excluded from refunds. Credits granted free of charge are not eligible for refunds.
Article 7 (Obligations of users)
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and matters announced by the Company, and must not engage in the following: stealing another person's information or credentials; creating or distributing illegal or harmful content using the Service; infringing another person's intellectual property rights; disrupting the Service's operation through abnormal mass requests via automated means; or commercially reselling the Service without the Company's prior consent. Irreversible actions such as payments, ad execution, and external sends are carried out only after the User's approval, and the User is responsible for the outcome of such execution.
Article 8 (AI-generated output and intellectual property)
Outputs produced by the Service are automatically generated by AI models and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Users must review outputs before relying on them for actual work or decision-making. Rights to data entered by a User and to outputs generated through the Service belong to the User to the extent permitted by applicable law and the policies of the model provider used. Users are responsible for confirming that outputs do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Article 9 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
The Company may add or change features to improve the Service, and may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as system inspection, facility maintenance, force majeure, or failure of a third party (model providers, payment gateways, hosting providers, etc.).
Article 10 (Termination of contract)
Users may request to withdraw their membership at any time through the settings menu, and upon withdrawal, the User's personal information is destroyed without delay except for records required to be retained under applicable law. The Company may restrict use or terminate the contract after prior notice if a User materially breaches these Terms.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from force majeure, causes attributable to the User, or failures of external services connected and approved by the User or of third parties (model providers, payment gateways, etc.).
Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service is subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
