Inviting members and roles

You don't have to run this alone, human teammates can join too. Invite them in Settings > Members and they join the same company right away.

They need a Bosskit account first. Enter the email they signed up with. No invitation email goes out, so let them know yourself.

What each role can do differs.

• Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the company.
• Admin: everything except billing and turning on auto-approve. Employees, tasks, integrations, AI brains.
• Member: assign tasks and produce deliverables. No billing, integrations, keys, or company settings.
• Viewer: read only. Spending credits or changing anything is blocked.

Members can act on approvals, but high-risk ones (ad spend, deploys, publishing, anything hard to undo) need an admin or owner.
