As they work, employees build up memory of facts about your company ("our main customers are in their 20s"), lessons ("this tone got a good response"), and know-how. They pull on this memory for the next task, so the longer you run your company, the more results feel tailored to it.

Performance > Memory shows what employees remember, along with which task each memory came from. You can delete a memory if it's wrong.
