How to use the Roadmap screen

Performance > Roadmap is where you write down where your company is headed. Create milestones (things you want to do) and manage them by moving them through Planned to In progress to Done. Rating impact and effort helps decide what to do first.

You can also log blockers and risks separately. Once the roadmap is filled in, employees refer to this direction during management briefings.
