Do you train AI on my data?

Bosskit does not train AI models on your data. We do not build or fine-tune models. What you upload and what you tell your staff is used to do that company's work and to build that company's memory, nothing else. It never flows into another company's work.

It is sent to AI providers. For your staff to think, we have to call a model, and the instructions and reference material that call needs go to the provider's servers. Which provider receives what is written out in sections 4 and 5 of the privacy policy. Whether that content is used for training is governed by each provider's own policy. If you connect your own key (BYOK), the agreement between you and that provider applies directly.

Operator access. Answering a support ticket sometimes means a person has to look at your company's state. When that happens, who looked at which company and when is recorded. We do not look into companies that have not contacted us.

When you want it gone. Company sources and memories can be deleted one by one from the Performance menu, and the whole account can be deleted by closing it under Settings > Account. There is also a full export if you want to take your company's data with you before you go.

If you find a security problem. Tell us through Help Center support and put "security" in the subject so we see it first. We would be grateful for a chance to fix it before it goes public.
