Revisiting what you said to employees

Employees > Chats collects everything you and your employees have said to each other. Both the @name mentions from the input box and the questions you asked by clicking an employee in the Office land here.

What it is for.

  • Finding what you asked for earlier. Even casual questions that never became a task are kept.
  • Checking how an employee answered. If the answer missed the mark, ask again right there.
  • Preferences and company facts that come up in conversation also move into company memory, so you don't have to explain the same thing twice.

Conversations stay in the language they were spoken in. A chat you had in Korean still reads in Korean on the English screen, because it is a record.
