A glossary of terms you’ll see often
- Task: one thing you've assigned. A single unit from start to finish.
- Deliverable: the result produced once a task is finished (writing, document files, images, etc.). These pile up in Deliverables.
- Approval: the process of getting your sign-off before something risky or external happens.
- Your turn: where things that need your attention (approvals, checks, settings) collect.
- Workflow: the order employees work in (steps like research, draft, review, approval).
- Brain: the AI model an employee thinks with. Higher tiers use smarter brains.
- Credits: your company's operating budget. Refilled monthly by your plan and spent on tasks and hiring. Separately, intern credits refill every morning.
- BYOK: Bring Your Own Key. Connecting your own AI key so tasks run at cost.
