A task is stuck (waiting on setup)
If a task sits in "Waiting on approval/setup," it hasn't been abandoned, it's stored. The reason it's paused is written on the task's detail screen. Usually it's one of three things.
- Waiting on approval: waiting for your sign-off. Approve it in Your turn and it continues.
- Needs an integration: a step like image generation or sending email needs an external service key that isn't connected yet. Connect it in Settings > Integrations and it can pick up from where it stopped.
- Out of credits: credits have run out. Once topped up, it continues from where it stopped.
Your instructions don't disappear, so there's nothing to worry about.
