What the boss does vs. what employees do

What your employees (AI) do: research, writing, making documents, reviewing each other's work, organizing schedules, and, once you connect integrations, even creating images, sending emails, and development. Employees handle most of the work.

What you do as the boss comes down to three things.

  • Assign: say what you want in one sentence.
  • Approve: anything that goes out externally or is hard to undo, like sending or publishing, never runs until you approve it.
  • Check: look over the result and either pass it or ask for a fix.

Things that require identity verification, like creating an account, registering a payment method, or connecting an external service API key, are also on you. Employees can't do these for you.
